There's one relatively sure way to deal with racial profiling and other systematized human rights abuses that had most recently resulted in the murder of Abdirahman Abdi with the bear hands of apparent' dirty cops'.  Every victim and their families along with friends who has suffered at the hands of the Ottawa Police ought to come together to seek the permission of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to file a join class action suit.  Such a suit could be over $1 Billion.  It is only through this kind of joint action with everyone presenting their experiences of abuse and related damages will the Ontario government be forced to reform not only the Ottawa Police but also police forces across Ontario.

Abdirahman Abdi is not simply a “violent arrest” or “fatal arrest” as has been characterized by the mass media but a murder in cold blood without any ethical or legal justification.  Such phrases are designed to convey to the public that the Ottawa Police were “just doing their job when then were pounding Abdi's head into concrete and ooops he was dead.  How did that happen?  Oh well.”  So-called “oversight bodies” like the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) are a total waste of time.  Their apparent role is public relations spin.

Abuses of the Ottawa Police Services also include such areas as intimidating witnesses similar to the dirty copy scenarios in the movie theatres.  Such a case was filed against Ottawa Police Detective Robert Griffin (watch above video) who was apparently conscripted / hired by Marcella Carby-Samuels to get staff from the Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode Resource Centre not to help a young black male see his own Mother.  

It appears that Detective Griffin had visited the social service agency on 15 June 2015 as part of a criminal conspiracy to stop social services agencies from testifying in court in behalf of a young black male.  This Detective then threatened this young black male not to complain to family and friends about the fact that he was engaging in unlawful activities against the Criminal Code that also violated the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  The result has been that this young black make has not been able to see him Mom for over a year.  Meanwhile her husband has continued to inflict abuse against her under the watchful protection of the apparent corrupt activities of Detective Grffin and his operatives who had been conscripted by Marcella Carby-Samuels.

Marcella Carby-Samuels is no stranger to these kinds of activities.  She had lied about her marital status to her husband Professor David Tenenbaum in order to get into the Lund University social ecology PhD program.

Abdi's case is only the tip of the iceberg of systematized abuses within the Ottawa Police Services which has manifested by a total lack of accountability among police in Ottawa.  The result of this lack of accountability of police who consider themselves to be above the law and who sometimes may engage in criminal acts and other abuses without any concern that they will ever be held accountable.
